As seen in the Graphic of Plastic Injection Machine’s Electricity Saving Device, power consumption of the device during the pressing, device maintains the motor as active by consuming maximum performance and minimum power during the process. Together with this, motor remains completely silent throughput the cooling period and consequently there is no energy wasting. Again, the other points of obtaining the saving are the movement intervals. For example, such as ironing and material taking interval, clamp opening and pusher impact interval and clamp closing interval after the pusher comes back. |

How does the System Provide Electricity Saving?
This System works with known Hydraulic Servo Motor Machines principle. In other words, the Motor works when required and with the required amount. Even if you have the Cooling Time of your machine as ‘0’, it is possible to obtain a saving up to 30% according to your mould and working conditions. In cases when you do not work dully automatic, in other words, in typr of moulds that you have to get the finished product by the hand, you line upmetal bolt, screw between the mould and wait for the rotary time of the mould motor for the geared pieces or when you encounter motor malfunctions as well as mould malfunctions, you will have extra saving with every opportunity such as during mould changing moments, when waiting with the clamp open originated from the using and from forgetting to turn off the motor during tea and meal breaks.
Because, our System stops the motor with every opportunity and it prevents the waste of energy dusing these idle times. Alongside with these, since hydraulic pumps rotate less, they will be worn away less and they will have longer usage lives and since the temperature of the oil will drop between 5-12°C according to the machine, usage life of the oil as well as the uasge life of the pump will be extended and since the chiller cooling will become active lessi there will be less energy consumption. Until today, in our applications we succeeded to accomplish the savings between 15% to 70% on different machines and on different moulds (these savings were obtained from the energy used by the electric motor). This is the type of saving obtained from the motor of the machine and the rate of these savings increase together with the previously mentioned factors. Our System has a superiority against the new generation servo hydraulic motor machines and theis is a very important factor for the producers.
In despite of the fact of using European and quality device, after we complete this application if you have a difficulty in relation with the system, we make it possible for you to transform your machine to it’s previous state until you give our service to yourside and this way, it becomes possible for you to continue your productions from where you have stopped and this process takes 10 minutes of your time at most. In such as case, we interfere the machine with our expert staff within the dhortest possible period of time and we remove the difficulty, if any.
