Potentiometric Linear Scales of German Novotechnik Company’s LWH Series work linear with potentiometric
( Resistive ) principle. LWH series linear scales are used to measure position and movements directly and very accurately. Due to narrow bearing tolerances and specially coated surface of the shafts, it is possible to make the measurements at high speeds. Potentiometric Linear Scales are very sensitive thanks to their quality resistive guides with polymer coating and platinum/silver coated multi clawed contacts with springs and with their high linearities, they give smooth and uniform analogue signal and they are very long-lasting. Because of being analogue, they do not lose their position information during electrical cut offs and they do no miss in fast movements and they give correct location information all of the time. They are durable against vibration and impacts. With its high repeatability value, Novotechnik reduces production losses to minimum.

These Industrial Linear Scales are very sensitive and they work with Potentiometric principle and they are used to measure positions and movements directly. Since the connections to the machines are with the moving joint to all directions, machine moves without being effected by the spaces and without having strain, in other words, it is not effected from parallelism and axial dislocations. Because of having no shaft, in other words, because of being slided from the top, they cover less space when compared with the ones having shaft. LWG Series are used for the measurements of the opening in the angular measurements by the courtesy of their moving joints taking place at both ends. These linear scales are very sensitive and they work with potentiometric prinsible. Potentiometric Linear Scales are very sensitive and longlasting thanks to their quality resistive guides with polymer coating and platinum/silver-coated multi clawed contacts with springs. They give smooth and uniform signal and they do not lose their position information during electrical cut offs and they do not miss in fast movements and they are durable against vibration and impacts.

In TLM Model Position Measurement Transducers working with Contactless Magnetostrictive Prinsible, while magnetic reader sensor moves on the body without touching the profile with 0…20 mm, it makes absolute measurement, in other words, it is not affected by electricity cut offs, it does not lose it’s position information and consequently, it does not require resetting during the start and during electricity cuf offs and it does not encounter problems such as missing and pulse skipping at high speeds. It is senseless against vibrations and impacts. It is not affected by the adverse environmental conditions such as Heat, Dust, Humidity and electrical noises. Correct values are measured with 0,02% sensitivity all of the time. Besides, since there is no cable connection in magnetic reader sensor, there is no cable which moves constantly and breaks off by the time. Because of working contactless (mechanical friction-free), there is no worn part and mechanically, it has unlimited life and does not need any maintenance.
There are types with cable or with connector from 100 mm to 4500 mm. If desired, more than one magnetic reader sensors can work on the same body without touching each other.

TEX SERIES

TEX Series are the thin models of LWG model and as the standard it is with double joints and consequently, they are mounted from these joints and this way, it becomes possible to have the measurements of straight movements and also the measurements of the opening during the angular movements.
Other than this, thera are models having mountings with the connection terminals from the main body (ROD) and with push-back spring ( TASTER ) ttypes.
Additionally, this series also have models with flanges from the front.
These scales also work with potentiometric prinsible. Scales are very sensitive by the courtesy of their Laser trimmed precise polymer coated quality resistive guides and platinum/silver coated multi-clawed contacts having spring, they give smooth and uniform signal and they are long-lasting.
TEX Series are durable against vibrations and impacts. Because of being analogue, they do not lose their position information during electrical cut offs and they do no miss in fast movements.
